Exercises while sitting – these can also be done while standing!

Sit in the front third of the chair (without armrests) and sit upright, placing both feet about hip-width apart on the floor. Do the exercises as often as you want!

Parallel swing

Stretch out your arms and hold them atvshoulder height using the smovey neuroVIBE. Then swing back and forward again simultaneously.

Cross-swing

Cross both arms using the smovey neuroVIBE in front of your chest and swing outwards and back inwards again.

Natural swing

One arm is in front, the other behind. Alternately swing your arms diagonally forward and back like when walking.

Parallel side-swing

Stretch both arms out to the side with the backs of your hands facing upwards and swing the smovey neuroVIBE back and forth sideways in front of your upper body.

Exercises while standing – these can also be done sitting!

Stand with your legs at hip width, both knees slightly bent, upper body upright. Do the exercises as often as you want!

Pull-overs

Hold both arms above your head using the smovey neuroVIBE and swing down and up again.

Criss-cross

One arm is at chest level, the other one behind the back. The upper arm swings outwards and inwards and the lower arm forwards and backwards. Then switch sides.

Cross-swing at chest level

Put both arms together at chest level and swing them
outwards and back inwards at the same time.

Parallel side-swing

Stretch both arms out to the side with the backs of your hands facing forwards and swing the smovey neuroVIBE back and forth sideways in front of your upper body.

Standing with standing-aid

Hold on to the back of the chair with one hand and swing with the other one.

One-arm swing forward and back

Swing the smovey neuroVIBE back and forth several times with one arm – then switch sides.

One-arm swing inwards and outwards

Swing the smovey neuroVIBE with one arm several times in- wards and outwards at chest level. Then switch sides.

Relaxation exercises

Stand with your legs at hip width, both knees slightly bent, upper body upright. Do the exercises as often as you want!

Lymph activation

Slip with your arms through the smovey neuroVIBE and put it on your shoulder with the black handle facing upwards. Place the hands on the curved part of the rings in front of your shoulders and gently turn your upper body to the left and to the right.

Trunk bend

Place both smovey neuroVIBEs on your chest, hold them close with both hands and bend your trunk alternately to the left and right.
