On www.zfit.com go to ZFIT Prime membership menu item
Under this menu item you can learn more about our membership program and its benefits on the page Why Become a Member. Once you become a member you can use the ZFIT PRIME Member Login option to log into our membership platform via JOIN IT. Please keep in mind our memberships are held on our JOIN IT platform - so if you want to view or update your membership information you will have to do so on JOIN IT. (https://www.joinit.org/o/zfit/members)
Click on Join Now . On this page you can explore the different membership levels: Bronze, Silver and Gold. Select your preferred membership type. For this example we will select Bronze, Click on Buy Membership
You will be redirected to our membership platform - JOIN IT.
Enter all your required member information, address & payment details. Review all the information entered to ensure it is correct
Click on Join
You have successfully become a ZFIT PRIME MEMBER! You will also now receive a membership confirmation from JOIN IT to your email!
Remember: You will receive emails from emails@joinit.org as a sender in regards to do anything with your membership. If this ends up in your spam or junk folder - select “This is not junk or this is not spam” to ensure all our future emails go to your inbox! You can always log into your membership account on JOIN IT to update any of your membership account details
There is 1 step left to finalize your member account setup. One of our team members from ZFIT will follow up with an email from Shopify to activate your ZFIT-SHOP member account so that you can shop and take advantage of all your member benefits!
2) How to Activate your ZFIT-SHOP Prime Member Account

Reminder: Your ZFIT PRIME Membership Account is held on our membership platform JOIN IT.
To access, view and update your account use link: https://www.joinit.org/o/zfit/members
Once you become and have paid for your membership, one of our team members from ZFIT will follow up with an email from Shopify to activate your ZFIT-SHOP member account so that you can shop and take advantage of all your member benefits!
Access your email inbox that you used to sign up for your ZFIT Prime membership
You should have received an email from ZFIT-SHOP, titled: Customer Account Activation Remember: You will receive emails from ZFIT-SHOP as a sender in regards to do anything with our products, services, training & certification purchases. If this ends up in your spam or junk folder - select “This is not junk or this is not spam” to ensure all our future emails go to your inbox!
Once you have reviewed the email, click on Activate your Account button. You will be redirected to ZFIT.COM
Enter your ZFIT PRIME MEMBERSHIP ID which starts with 888-- (This can be found on your JOIN IT member account, or the JOINT Membership confirmation email you had received or on the ZFIT-SHOP Account Activation email you just received
Create a password that you will remember! and confirm your password by re-entering it.
Click Sign In
You have successfully created your ZFIT-SHOP member account! You now have access to the Member Area and can enjoy all your benefits!
